We can offer you the following tasks

 

As Project Planner you will manage the overall project plan from tender, design through to manufacturing, procurement, construction and commissioning of mega heat pump solutions for heat generation, focusing mainly on the district heating sector.

 

  • Create, maintain, and update project schedule - up to Level 5 -, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and provides it to the project manager.
  • Regular pro-active alignment with each project discipline leads (Order Processing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, etc.) to implement their schedule into the overall schedule and reflect actual schedule situation.
  • Acts as a key support to the Project Manager, playing an integral role within the project organization. Can effectively collaborate with key team members and coordinate communication across various disciplines  to ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Engages with client and major suppliers to gain a comprehensive overview of all equipment shipments to the site and incorporate their sequences into overall scheduling adjustments. Coordinates with the Procurement Department any outstanding procurement issues which may affect the progress at site (e.g. missing documents for already shipped components).
  • Maintains close contact with the Site Organization to assess and coordinate potential changes, ensuring alignment on schedule impacts for Everllence, the client and the suppliers. Integrates progress updates and lessons learned from the site schedule into current and future project schedules.
  • Adjust project timelines dynamically to accommodate unforeseen changes and identify potential scheduling risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain the integration of a unified WBS/CBS/DoW framework to align scope, cost, and deliverables across the heat pump supply chain. Generates reports and KPIs for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Participates in regular critical sub-vendor coordination meetings reviewing schedules and material deliveries at both supplier and construction sites.

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling for complex, large-scale construction projects, ideally within the industrial sector (e.g., oil & gas, chemical, process, pharmaceutical).
  • Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Process/Plant Engineering or several years of practical experience, with a formal vocational training/qualification, and additional professional qualifications.
  • Fully conversant with industry-standard project management tools, particularly MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Conversant with SAP
  • Familiarity with other scheduling tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to approach people, understand their needs and foster strong relationships.
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments with direct customer interaction, capable of communicating effectively across all organizational levels (top floor to shop floor).
  • Fluent in English. German or any additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and engage with different cultures on international projects.
