We can offer you the following tasks
As Project Manager Heat Pumps you are responsible for all aspects of a project form and ensure that all necessary decisions and measures are made and initiated in good time from signing of the contract up to the successful installation and commissioning of large heat pump solutions for heat generation, focusing mainly on the district heating sector.
- Implementation according to Everllence project management process including handover by sales, project start, design, procurement, manufacturing, packaging, testing, delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment until end of the warranty period
- Commercial and technical processing of international orders
- Ensuring constructive cooperation and efficient communication within the project team
- Effective management and control of project costs, schedules and resources
- Provision of KPIs, creation of project status reports for stakeholders and project documentation and controlling (order set, price sheets and specifications)
- Responsibility for the financial outcome of the project, including profitability, claims/deviations, liquidated damages and/or penalties
You can help us with these qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in project management of EPC projects, preferably in the energy sector
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, chemistry, process engineering or plant engineering or equivalent training with industrial experience
- Good knowledge in commercial and legal contract evaluation
- Possession of project management qualifications such as IPMA are an advantage
- Fluent in English and preferably supplementary language with high communications and intercultural skills
- Willingness to travel
- You are used to working under high pressure in a customer-, cost- and results-oriented manner, have an analytical and forward-looking mindset and impress with your negotiating skills as well as your persuasive and communication skills
- Self-driven, open-minded and independent mindset with problem solving attitude and assertiveness
- High-energy, outgoing, can-do personality with the ability to prioritize demands of ongoing sales projects, campaigns and initiatives
