Everllence Zurich has designed and brought to market hermetically sealed compression units equipped with an integrated multimegawatt electric high-speed motor. To further advance this high-tech product, we are looking for a new talent to join the team.

Folgende Aufgaben können wir Ihnen anbieten

• Technical development responsibility: Develop and optimize electrical machines for demanding industrial applications, with a particular focus on high-speed electrical motors, covering the complete development lifecycle from concept to validation.
• Analysis and simulation: Perform, analyze, and validate electromagnetic and electrical calculations, using analytical methods as well as simulation-based approaches.
• Cutting edge development, research and innovation: Initiate and contribute to research and development projects, including support in the acquisition of internal and external funding, and collaboration with research partners where applicable.
• Testing and validation on site: Support and execute testing and experimental validation of electrical machines and their components, including interpretation of test data and correlation with simulation and calculation models.
• Product and process maturity: Actively contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement activities throughout the product development process.
• Cross-functional collaboration opportunities: Collaborate closely within multidisciplinary research and development teams, including development, testing, and customer project execution.
• Technical consulting and knowledge transfer: Provide technical consulting to other business units on electrical engineering topics, including cross-site and cross-product collaboration.

Mit diesen Qualifikationen helfen Sie uns weiter

• Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Professional Experience: Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, ideally in R&D or industrialization organizations. Experience collaborating with external partners, suppliers, or academic institutions is considered a plus.
• Technical Expertise: In‑depth understanding of the development, industrialization, and verification of electrical machines, considering the full product lifecycle. Experience with electromagnetic calculations, including analytical methods and the assessment of FEM‑based simulations.
• Practical and Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to combine hands‑on testing and manufacturing knowledge with strong analytical skills in calculation, analysis, and technical documentation.
• Project Experience: Experience contributing to or leading cross‑organizational development projects, with awareness of cost, quality, and time constraints
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong team‑oriented communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
