We can offer you the following tasks

• Inspect, operate, or test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Dismantle machines to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance including checking drives, motors, belts, fluid levels, and replacing filters.
• Repair machines and structures using precision instruments and testing devices.
• Assemble, install, or repair mechanical components, pipe systems, plumbing, and machinery.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts.
• Adjust functional parts using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
• Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
• Assemble and maintain boilers, ensuring efficiency and structural integrity.
• Set up and operate machine tools to fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures, or tools.
• Inspect used parts for dimensional changes using calipers, micrometers, and other instruments.
• Respond to customer-reported concerns and provide basic-level customer-oriented service.
• Prepare and arrange tools and spares for upcoming maintenance.
• Regularly inspect equipment and tools for readiness and availability.

You can help us with these qualifications

• Diploma or vocational education in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Comparable experience with proven technical expertise
• Experience in industrial or marine equipment
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment or machinery maintenance
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Cooperative and team-oriented
