We can offer you the following tasks

• Evaluate inquiries, RFQs, and tenders; prepare budgetary and firm bids/proposals.
• Initiate, coordinate, and obtain approvals for Technical Bid Approval Forms (TBAF) in collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Manage end-to-end bid activities for the complete range of steam turbines from the Bengaluru office.
• Perform preliminary steam turbine calculations and develop Heat & Mass Balance (HMB) diagrams.
• Prepare bid cost estimates and support pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.
• Engage with customers, consultants, and other stakeholders to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Sales, and Project Management, to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
• Liaise with vendors for technical inputs, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain and update customer and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present MIS reports related to bids, order intake, pipeline status, and business performance.
• Drive techno-commercial discussions and support contract review activities during the proposal stage

You can help us with these qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in steam turbine proposal engineering, bid management, application engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of steam turbine products, applications, and associated systems.
• Sound knowledge of thermodynamics, turbine performance calculations, and steam cycle fundamentals.
• Familiarity with API 611 and API 612 standards, P&IDs, datasheets, specifications, and related engineering documentation.
• Ability to independently lead and close technical proposal discussions with customers and consultants in coordination with the Engineering team.
