We can offer you the following tasks

• Supervises and leads team of service engineers & technicians, skilled labour, and work crews in coordinating after-sales activities, including maintenance, repairs, and technical support for Everllence equipment’s: engines, turbochargers, automation aspects.
• Ability to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers to deliver high- quality service to our clients.​
• Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales processes and customer satisfaction.​
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any technical issues promptly.​
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.​
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in maritime engine technology and decarbonization initiatives.​
• Travel to various locations to oversee after-sales operations and support clients on-site.​
• Liaise with other staff to ensure the optimum interface of the various operational activities, with the overall objective of successful completion of the maintenance / service activities and projects.
• Planning, monitoring and tracking of maintenance projects and daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual. Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials, and in cooperation with planning engineer and project management
• Promotes the development and implementation of best practices in his / her own area of responsibility
  
  

You can help us with these qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.​
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime industry.​
• Strong technical knowledge of maritime engines and related systems.​
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.​
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.​
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.​
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.​
• Demonstrated application engineering approach
