We can offer you the following tasks

We are looking for a Sales Manager for the further strategic development of our High Speed Marine Offshore segment. As a Sales Manager you will be part of a dedicated international team and contribute directly and independently to the company's success. In this position you will be responsible for international sales projects for marine engines and complete marine propulsion systems. Our global customers include fleet operators for offshore wind construction and service ships, shipyards, shipowners and design offices in the worldwide Marine Offshore Industry.

The main tasks are in detail:

• Management of international sales projects together with the global sales organization
• Analysis of inquiry specifications, definition of suitable propulsion systems and preparation of technical and commercial offers
• Leading of interdisciplinary offering teams consisting of specialists in technical, logistic and commercial departments
• Leading technical and commercial contract negotiations up to the conclusion of contracts for complex engine and propulsion systems
• Representation of the company at international trade fairs and conferences. Promotion and presentation of products and solutions to customers.

You can help us with these qualifications

• Completed university degree with a technical background or a comparable qualification
• Sound commercial knowledge and high technical affinity
• Relevant professional experience in sales or contract management, preferably in shipbuilding or plant engineering
• High analytical ability, strong and result oriented negotiation skills
• High customer orientation and good communication skills
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel worldwide
• Very good written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
