Senior Vice President, Head of Procurement, is seeking a 20 hours part time Personal Assistant who will work closely with him, his management team and the 120 other members of Procurement. Based in Augsburg, you will have excellent opportunities to build a large network by collaborating with colleagues mainly in Germany, as well as colleagues from other parts of the world.

 

The primary role of the Personal assistant will be to support the Senior Vice President of Procurement by organizing and coordinating his everyday activities, including:

 

  • Assist with practical aspects such as calendar support, facilitation of meeting rooms and venues etc.
  • Coordinate and collect material for decision making
  • General support with managerial and strategic work
  • Drive and manage recurring activities and workshops
  • Prepare materials and presentations for meetings, draft communications for various channels, coordinate information, and ensure planning and follow-up on departmental activities and action plans

You can help us with these qualifications

 

  • Proven experience from a similar or related position in a strong commercial organization
  • A keen interest in commercial matters and in management support
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel, and utilizing Teams to its fullest potential
  • The ability to work independently, in a well-structured and organized manner
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including cross-cultural interactions
  • Solid communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
