• Building up a team of specialists within Business Support (Business Analytics/-Intelligence, Finance & Reporting, Business administration), Strategy & Performance Measurement, Process standardization, Risk management, as well as a Project Management Office.
• Overall financial performance management responsibility for PrimeServ Germany.
• Ensuring establishment of targets, KPIs, reporting, follow-up and mitigating actions.
• Driving and facilitating performance dialogue within PrimeServ Germany management team.
• Preparation & evaluation of strategic business plans and business decisions of PrimeServ Germany.
• Driving strategy and major strategic projects and business planning across all PrimeServ Germany departments and sites.
• Responsible for implementation and adherence to MAN ES policies and internal controls.
• The function is part of the PrimeServ Germany Management team

Mit diesen Qualifikationen helfen Sie uns weiter

• Financial degree at master level or a scientific / engineering master’s degree combined with a management education (MBA or similar).
• +5 years of financial management experience and leadership education.
• Management experience leading people in a global matrix organization with various markets and business areas.
• Strong analytical and number skills and +5 years experience with executing strategy in global companies
• Strategic mindset with a strong self-motivation and a drive to deliver best in class results
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to navigate in a complex environment of business segments, across sites and countries
• Capability to understand complex correlations & interdependencies and take decisions based upon that.
• Ability to travel as required by business needs and exhibit proper business and cultural sensitivities.
